Please note for all international orders: You may be required to pay an import tax or duty (for example value added tax, VAT) imposed by the operation of law that is in addition to the item & shipping price. Shipping & Returns
All international orders are non-refundable. The return policy outlined below applies only to domestic purchases within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To start a return, please email: byditaofficial@gmail.com. You will be asked to attach photos of the garment front, back & inside to confirm condition of item. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer is required to pay return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. The item must have a ticket for the return to be processed.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once we receive the returned item, we have 3 days to process the refund and return the amount to your bank account.
We usually have all items in stock and ship orders within 2-3 days. If you need quick delivery, please contact us at byditaoffcial@gmail.com. If you would like to change your order for a different item or cancel it, please contact us within 2 hours of order. Before receiving the order confirmation email, your full payment will be refunded to your bank account.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been washed without following the care instructions or professionally cleaned. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and unaltered.
How Should I Care for the Items?
Please be very careful when washing these items. Most of our pieces contain delicate details such as feathers and stones, making them highly sensitive to handling.
- Always wash clothes in cold water without any detergent.
- If your item has feathers, soak it in cold water for 10-15 minutes without wringing.
- To restore the feathers’ original look, gently dry them with a hairdryer for a few minutes.
- Never wring the items, as this can damage the delicate applications.
- Never use excessive detergent or professional cleaning services, as they may ruin the fabric and embellishments.
It is totally normal for small embellishments like feathers or stones to occasionally come loose due to the delicate nature of our designs. If this happens, you can carefully reattach them using fabric glue or a needle and thread, depending on the item.
